Agreement

These Terms apply when you use blessedarcmedia.com, our customer portal, our free tools, or any paid service from Blessed Arc Media. If a signed proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written contract says something different for a project, that written agreement controls.

Services and Scope

We build, host, and support websites and related digital tools for service businesses. The exact work, price, timeline, and included features are set by the package, proposal, invoice, or written scope you approve.

Timelines are estimates. Delays in feedback, missing content, account access issues, or third-party reviews can push dates back. Work outside the approved scope may require a revised estimate, added fee, or change order.

Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

Prices are shown on the website, in a proposal, or on an invoice. One-time fees and recurring fees are due as stated. Third-party costs, such as domains, software, ad spend, or processing fees, are separate unless the written scope says otherwise.

Recurring services continue until canceled. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Past-due or failed payments may pause support, hosting changes, or access to paid features until the account is current.

For custom projects, we make reasonable revisions during the design and build process so the approved scope is completed properly. Any refund, credit, or satisfaction guarantee must be in writing. Unless that written promise says otherwise, refunds do not include third-party fees, domain fees, payment processing fees, hosting already provided, or completed work.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to the accounts or materials needed for the work. You must have the right to use any logos, photos, copy, reviews, videos, files, or other materials you give us.

You are also responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims about your business, pricing, credentials, offers, and services. If a project depends on a third-party platform, you are responsible for that platform's rules, account status, and fees.

Ownership and Portfolio

After full payment, you own the custom code, design, and content we create specifically for your project, subject to third-party licenses and platform terms. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, reusable components, workflows, and general know-how.

We may show completed work in our portfolio or marketing with your permission or when the written scope allows it.

Third-Party Services

Some work depends on outside platforms for hosting, payments, scheduling, analytics, email, domains, AI, search, or other features. We are not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, policy changes, account suspensions, ranking changes, or approval decisions.

Tools, Content, and Results

Free tools, calculators, website scans, blog content, chatbot responses, and change order forms are provided for convenience and general information. They are not legal, financial, accounting, engineering, tax, or other professional advice.

The change order tool can help create a record of approval, but it does not replace a contract reviewed by an attorney. SEO, performance, and profile work can improve your foundation, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, calls, revenue, or ad results.

Acceptable Use and Security

You may not misuse the website, customer portal, or tools. This includes automated abuse, attempted unauthorized access, malware, infringement, or unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity.

Keep logins, private links, approval links, and review links secure. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, payment provider, storage provider, or hosting provider can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or completely secure.

Liability and Indemnity

Blessed Arc Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blessed Arc Media from claims, damages, or expenses arising from materials you provide, your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Privacy, Updates, and Law

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information connected to the website and services.

We may update these Terms when the website, services, tools, or legal requirements change. The updated date below shows when this page was last revised.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a written agreement for a specific project says otherwise.
