Camby Designs
A craft brand identity studio needed a custom website that matched the quality of their handcrafted brand work. We replaced a slow Squarespace site with a fast, custom-built site in two weeks.

The Challenge
Aaron had built his site on Squarespace. It got the job done initially, but it was holding him back in ways that were starting to hurt credibility:
- The site took 10–15 seconds to load — most visitors were gone before they saw a single logo
- No sitemap, so search engines were basically ignoring the site
- The design didn't match the quality of Aaron's actual brand work — it felt generic
- Squarespace's customization ceiling was too low for the layout and interactions he wanted
- The technical side (performance, SEO structure, mobile optimization) wasn't his area, and Squarespace didn't make it easy
Aaron could put together a decent-looking page, but he needed someone to handle the engineering so he could focus on what he does best: designing brands.
Our Approach
We built the site custom from the ground up — no templates, no page builders. Aaron handled all the brand assets and visual direction (that's what he does), and we handled the code, performance, and architecture. Here's what went into it:
- Custom hero section layering bold typography over real craft tool photography, with hand-drawn elements and a "be seen. get found." script accent — all designed by Aaron
- Warm, earthy color palette (deep greens, soft creams, burnt orange) pulled from Aaron's brand guidelines
- Aaron's original SVG illustrations integrated throughout — hand-drawn arrows, a "Made with Care" stamp, sketched process numbers, and a custom sneaker illustration. We built the site around his art, not the other way around.
- A reverse dome portfolio carousel — cards arranged in a curved layout with depth and smooth scroll behavior. Hardest piece to build, but it makes you stop and actually interact with the work.
- Full site structure: homepage, portfolio with real case studies, services page with transparent pricing, about page, and a blog
- Every page has a clear CTA: "Book a Fit Call" — easy to find, never pushy
- Optimized images, clean code, and efficient asset loading for sub-2-second load times
The whole project went from first conversation to live site in two weeks.

“I was blown away by how fast this came together. Two weeks from our first conversation to a live site — and it's not just fast to build, it's fast to use. The whole thing feels smooth and looks exactly like what I had in my head. This is the site my brand deserved from the start.”

Primeline Electrical & Plumbing
Austin and his partner are just getting Primeline off the ground — two guys and a truck doing electrical and plumbing work out of Odon and Montgomery, Indiana. They didn't have years of history or a pile of project photos to pull from, so we wrote the site in a way that plays to their strengths: fair pricing, real availability, and the kind of honesty you get from people who live in the same community as their customers. We're still working on some updates — more photos and a rewrite of the About page — but the whole point is you don't need everything perfect to launch. You just need to get started and let Google begin learning who you are.

A plumber running his business off a Facebook page needed a real website — fast and affordable. We built a professional multi-section site for $499 that started generating leads within a week.
View project Crane ServicesBuckeye Crane Service
Their old DIY website had fallen apart over the years with nobody maintaining it. Other companies quoted $5,000+ to rebuild. We built a clean, professional site with service pages, a service area map covering Cleveland to Columbus, and proper SEO so Google actually knows what they do and where they do it.
