Getz Hardwood Flooring
A hardwood flooring specialist needed a website that showcased their craftsmanship and generated local leads through search.

The Challenge
Getz Hardwood Flooring has been around for 30 years. They're a family business in Philadelphia with a solid reputation and thousands of happy customers. For a long time, they had a website that worked fine. It did what it needed to do.
Then the internet changed. Google started caring a lot more about whether websites worked on mobile devices. Instead of investing in a proper rebuild, someone threw together a DIY Squarespace site. And over time, the business just started losing ground online. Not because the work got worse. The work was still great. But the website wasn't doing its job anymore.
When we did an audit of the site, one thing jumped out immediately: we couldn't find their contact form. We actually texted the owner and told him straight up, "You don't even have a contact form on your website." He pushed back and said they did, that they still got some contacts through it. So we dug deeper, and sure enough, there was a form on the site. But it was buried. Hidden in plain sight.
That's a bigger problem than most people realize. If someone lands on your website and can't figure out how to reach you within a few seconds, they don't try harder. They leave. They go to the next flooring company in the search results. If your contact form is tucked away in one spot on the entire site with no clear path to it, you're handing business to your competitors without even knowing it.
Our Approach
We scrapped the Squarespace site and built them something that actually works for a business that's been at this for three decades. The new site is a proper, multi-page website with dedicated pages for Services, About, Reviews, Contact, and even a floor care guide. It's mobile-friendly, fast, and built to convert visitors into phone calls and form submissions.
The biggest fix was the contact situation. On the old site, there was one contact form hidden somewhere on the page. On the new site, there are multiple ways to get in touch no matter where you are. Phone number in the header on every page. "Get My Free Quote" buttons front and center. A dedicated Contact page. CTAs sprinkled throughout the site wherever it makes sense. You literally can't browse the site without seeing how to reach them. That was the whole point.
We also built out their credibility the right way. Featured-on logos from Porch, Houzz, BBB, and MerchantCircle right on the homepage. A before-and-after gallery showing actual transformations. Real customer reviews with names and project types. A full story about the business and its 30-year history. All the stuff that makes someone go "yeah, these are the people I'm calling."
The site also covers their full service area across Philadelphia, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, Camden, and Burlington counties. When someone in those areas searches for hardwood flooring, this site now gives Google everything it needs to show Getz as the answer. None of that was happening with the old Squarespace site.

“6 out of 5 stars if were possible. Jacob is a true professional. From my initial contact to the finished product he calmly / carefully listened to my needs and expectations. And as we move forward, any questions or service I may need he’s been right there staying on top of any needs I may have. It’s amazing the compliments I'm been getting on my new website. I highly recommend Blessed Arc Media. Frank from Philly”

Primeline Electrical & Plumbing
Austin and his partner are just getting Primeline off the ground — two guys and a truck doing electrical and plumbing work out of Odon and Montgomery, Indiana. They didn't have years of history or a pile of project photos to pull from, so we wrote the site in a way that plays to their strengths: fair pricing, real availability, and the kind of honesty you get from people who live in the same community as their customers. We're still working on some updates — more photos and a rewrite of the About page — but the whole point is you don't need everything perfect to launch. You just need to get started and let Google begin learning who you are.

A plumber running his business off a Facebook page needed a real website — fast and affordable. We built a professional multi-section site for $499 that started generating leads within a week.

Their old DIY website had fallen apart over the years with nobody maintaining it. Other companies quoted $5,000+ to rebuild. We built a clean, professional site with service pages, a service area map covering Cleveland to Columbus, and proper SEO so Google actually knows what they do and where they do it.
