Starlite Builders
Luke had a broken old WordPress site that was actively making him look amateur. We replaced it with a fast, modern site — with a distinctive photography treatment and a mobile layout that screams premium — so he finally shows up the way he actually works.
The Challenge
Luke had a website. That was the problem. He'd built it himself on WordPress years back, and over time it had quietly fallen apart. Plugins out of date. Pieces broken. Slow to load. He didn't have anyone managing it, because nobody had ever been managing it — it was a DIY project that nobody was keeping up with.
Luke does serious work. Commercial buildings. Custom homes. Agricultural barns. He pours his own concrete and runs his own crews. None of that came through on the old site. He was leveling up as a builder and his website was dragging him in the other direction.
What it was costing him:
A DIY WordPress build with nobody maintaining it. It kept breaking and Luke had no time (or honestly, no interest) in fixing it.
Customers landing on the site assumed the business was as outdated as the website
Slow load times and broken pieces meant a lot of people never made it to the contact info
Three very different lines of work (commercial, residential, agricultural) all blurred together with no clear way to show off any of them
On a phone, the old site was rough — and a huge chunk of his customers find him on a phone
Nothing about it said "professional general contractor." It said "someone who hasn't touched their website in eight years."

Our Approach
We threw the WordPress site out and built him a fast, modern site from scratch. The brief was simple: when somebody lands here, they should immediately think this guy is a real professional.
What we did:
Took a different approach with the photography. Instead of dropping flat job-site photos in a grid, we used the imagery to actually communicate that Luke knows his trade. The pictures do the heavy lifting alongside the copy, not behind it.
Built a custom mobile layout that screams premium. This is the part most people see first, and most contractor sites blow it. We made his the opposite — it's the strongest experience on the site, not the weakest.
Split his work into the three things he actually does — commercial, residential, agricultural — each with its own section so a manufacturer, a homeowner, and a farmer can all see themselves on the page
Led with what makes Luke different: in-house crews, pours his own concrete, handles all permitting, turnkey from first permit to final walkthrough. That's the pitch, and the site says it plainly.
Service-area section with a 45-mile radius around Middlebury and the actual towns listed (Goshen, Elkhart, South Bend, Mishawaka, Warsaw, Shipshewana, and the rest), so out-of-area folks know to look elsewhere
Click-to-call number front and center, plus a request-a-consultation flow for people who want to type instead of dial
Built fast. Loads quick on a phone in a barn driveway, not just on a desktop with fiber.
And the part Luke probably appreciates most: he doesn't have to think about his website anymore. We host it. We maintain it. We keep it up to date. He's not the IT guy on his own business. If something needs to change, he calls us. If something breaks, we already know. He gets to go back to building.
Still in progress: we're building out his Google Business Profile next. Waiting on Luke to get the verification done so we can take that step.

A Citizens Home Improvement
Bill wasn't short on calls. He was drowning in the wrong ones. We built him a one-page site that lets people figure out for themselves whether A Citizens is a fit, so the phone only rings when somebody's actually ready to hire him.

Austin and his partner are just getting Primeline off the ground — two guys and a truck doing electrical and plumbing work out of Odon and Montgomery, Indiana. They didn't have years of history or a pile of project photos to pull from, so we wrote the site in a way that plays to their strengths: fair pricing, real availability, and the kind of honesty you get from people who live in the same community as their customers. We're still working on some updates — more photos and a rewrite of the About page — but the whole point is you don't need everything perfect to launch. You just need to get started and let Google begin learning who you are.

A plumber running his business off a Facebook page needed a real website — fast and affordable. We built a professional multi-section site for $499 that started generating leads within a week.
